Vaszin tools are sold through our official Amazon store. That means your order ships with Amazon's trusted delivery network:

• Delivery speed — standard and expedited options are shown on the product page and at Amazon checkout, with an exact estimated delivery date before you order.
• Tracking — full tracking is available from your Amazon account the moment your order ships.
• Shipping costs — determined by Amazon at checkout; Prime members may be eligible for free shipping where available.

30-Day Return Guarantee

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return your Vaszin tool. Easy, convenient and worry-free — the way returns should be.

• Start the return from your Amazon account, or email us at support@vaszin.com and we'll walk you through it.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included where possible.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out — quickly.
