What's Covered

Every genuine Vaszin tool is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. If your tool fails under normal household use because of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it — our choice, at no cost to you.

How to Make a Claim

• Email support@vaszin.com with your order number (from your Amazon purchase) and a short description of the issue.
• Include a photo or short video if you can — it helps us resolve things faster.
• Our customer care team will respond with next steps. We're always here to help when you need us.

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair or modification.
• Normal wear and tear on cosmetic parts and accessories.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the user guidance (for example, submerging the tool in water).
• Purchases of counterfeit or second-hand products not bought through our official Amazon store.
